What are your most creative and successful practice strategies? My practice strategy is being calm. When you are calm, you have more time to think and concentrate. When you are not calm, then you are playing too fast to think. Also, when you are not calm, you get a lot of blurs. Some ways to calm down are to take a little break, or read for a little bit, or take a nap, or take a few big breaths. |
